- Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation.
- But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
- Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God’s slaves.
- To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.
- “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”
Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Walk in obedience to all that the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live and prosper and prolong your days in the land that you will possess.Next verse!With image
