- I called upon the Lord in distress:
the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place. - The Lord is on my side; I will not fear:
what can man do unto me? - It is better to trust in the Lord
than to put confidence in man. - This is the day which the Lord hath made;
we will rejoice and be glad in it. - Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord:
O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.
Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord.
And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.Next verse!With image
