- For the Lord loves justice,
And does not forsake His saints;
They are preserved forever,
But the descendants of the wicked shall be cut off. - God is our refuge and strength,
A very present help in trouble. - Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
- Even to your old age, I am He,
And even to gray hairs I will carry you!
I have made, and I will bear;
Even I will carry, and will deliver you. - And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.
- The Lord is with you while you are with Him. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you.
- Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.

But idle chatter leads only to poverty. - Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “None of My words will be postponed any more, but the word which I speak will be done,” says the Lord God.’
- But “he who glories, let him glory in the Lord.” For not he who commends himself is approved, but whom the Lord commends.
- For who is God, except the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - If I say, “My foot slips,”
Your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up. - Let your eyes look straight ahead,
And your eyelids look right before you. - “For the mountains shall depart
And the hills be removed,
But My kindness shall not depart from you,
Nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,”
Says the Lord, who has mercy on you. - He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler. - Hear my prayer, O Lord,
Give ear to my supplications!
In Your faithfulness answer me,
And in Your righteousness. - Remove falsehood and lies far from me;
Give me neither poverty nor riches—
Feed me with the food allotted to me. - The grass withers, the flower fades,
But the word of our God stands forever. - Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
Just as we hope in You. - The Lord is righteous in all His ways,
Gracious in all His works.
