For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.For since death came by man, the resurrection of the dead also came by man.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.
So that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed. That I may come to you in joy through the will of God, and together with you, find rest.
You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace. You are alienated from Christ, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace.
The one who keeps God’s commands lives in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.He who keeps his commandments remains in him, and he in him. By this we know that he remains in us, by the Spirit which he gave us.
Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ. So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
See, the enemy is puffed up; his desires are not upright— but the righteous person will live by his faithfulness.Behold, his soul is puffed up. It is not upright in him, but the righteous will live by his faith.
For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”For in it is revealed God’s righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, “But the righteous shall live by faith.”
So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit. Not by works of righteousness which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit.
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. Therefore we don’t faint, but though our outward person is decaying, yet our inward person is renewed day by day.
All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.For as many as have sinned without the law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.Without controversy, the mystery of godliness is great: God was revealed in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, and received up in glory.
“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds.
For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous. For as through the one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one, many will be made righteous.
But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed.
But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off are made near in the blood of Christ.
But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many! But the free gift isn’t like the trespass. For if by the trespass of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many.
The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace.
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Words from the mouth of the wise are gracious, but fools are consumed by their own lips. The words of a wise man’s mouth are gracious; but a fool is swallowed by his own lips.
But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.Blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh, and whose confidence is in Yahweh. For he will be as a tree planted by the waters, who spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes, but its leaf will be green, and will not be concerned in the year of drought. It won’t cease from yielding fruit.
He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.He humbled you, allowed you to be hungry, and fed you with manna, which you didn’t know, neither did your fathers know, that he might teach you that man does not live by bread only, but man lives by every word that proceeds out of Yahweh’s mouth.

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word.Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word.
