- When pride cometh, then cometh shame:
but with the lowly is wisdom. - I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,
from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the Lord,
which made heaven and earth. - Truly my soul waiteth upon God:
from him cometh my salvation. - So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

but with the well advised is wisdom. - For the Lord giveth wisdom:
out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. - Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life. - Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

which is wonderful in counsel,

- For his anger endureth but a moment;
in his favour is life:
weeping may endure for a night,
but joy cometh in the morning. - And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
- The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.
Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord:

- Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord,
and whose hope the Lord is.
For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters,
and that spreadeth out her roots by the river,
and shall not see when heat cometh,
but her leaf shall be green;
and shall not be careful in the year of drought,
neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
Delight thyself also in the Lord:
and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.Next verse!With image
