- He loveth righteousness and judgment:
the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. - Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
- And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
- But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards. - That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ.
- I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
- Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
- I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.

and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. - For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light.
- For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.
- The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
- Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
- According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me.
- No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
- Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
- Nevertheless for thy great mercies' sake thou didst not utterly consume them, nor forsake them; for thou art a gracious and merciful God.
- For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.
