- God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
- But our God is in the heavens:
he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. - Seek ye the Lord while he may be found,
call ye upon him while he is near. - He will not suffer thy foot to be moved:
he that keepeth thee will not slumber. - And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them. And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.
- And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
- He must increase, but I must decrease.
- The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich:
he bringeth low, and lifteth up. - We love him, because he first loved us.
- And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment.
- And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.
- Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
- He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous:
he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly. - And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
- And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.
- Cast thy burden upon the Lord,
and he shall sustain thee:
he shall never suffer
the righteous to be moved. - He only is my rock and my salvation:
he is my defence; I shall not be moved. - When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
- Train up a child in the way he should go:
and when he is old, he will not depart from it. - So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
- He giveth power to the faint;
and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. - And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
- I sought the Lord, and he heard me,
and delivered me from all my fears. - He revealeth the deep and secret things:

he will save,
he will rejoice over thee with joy;
he will rest in his love,
he will joy over thee with singing.
When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken.Delight thyself also in the Lord:
and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning;
for in thee do I trust:
cause me to know the way wherein I should walk;
for I lift up my soul unto thee.Next verse!With image
