- Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain: for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
- For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- Help us, O God of our salvation,
for the glory of thy name:
and deliver us, and purge away our sins,
for thy name's sake. - Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.
- Bless the Lord, O my soul:
and all that is within me, bless his holy name. - The memory of the just is blessed:
but the name of the wicked shall rot. - And in that day shall ye say,
Praise the Lord, call upon his name,
declare his doings among the people,
make mention that his name is exalted. - I will extol thee, my God, O king;
and I will bless thy name for ever and ever. - And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- Our help is in the name of the Lord,
who made heaven and earth. - I will be glad and rejoice in thee:
I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. - The name of the Lord is a strong tower:
the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. - Some trust in chariots, and some in horses:
but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. - And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.
- And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
- Sing unto God, sing praises to his name:
extol him that rideth upon the heavens
by his name Jah, and rejoice before him.
A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows,
is God in his holy habitation. - Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
- These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
- And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
- And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee:
for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. - For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
- Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us,
but unto thy name give glory,
for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake. - O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name:
make known his deeds among the people. - For thou art my rock and my fortress;
therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me. - And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.
Teach me thy way, O Lord;
I will walk in thy truth:
unite my heart to fear thy name.Delight thyself also in the Lord:
and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord,
and whose hope the Lord is.
For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters,
and that spreadeth out her roots by the river,
and shall not see when heat cometh,
but her leaf shall be green;
and shall not be careful in the year of drought,
neither shall cease from yielding fruit.Next verse!With image
