| Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. | Those who are in the flesh can’t please God. |
| So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. | Whether therefore you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. |

| For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? | So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him. | Peter therefore was kept in the prison, but constant prayer was made by the assembly to God for him. |
| For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. | For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. |
