The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.But from there you will seek the Lord your God and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul.
For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.”
Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you.
What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you; I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, plans formed of old, faithful and sure.
For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me.For you are my rock and my fortress; and for your name's sake you lead me and guide me.
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
We love him, because he first loved us.We love because he first loved us.
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.
Wherefore thou art great, O Lord God: for there is none like thee, neither is there any God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears.Therefore you are great, O Lord God. For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.
O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!
Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.
If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.
For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the Lord.For whoever finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord.
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.
No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.
There is none holy as the Lord: for there is none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God.There is none holy like the Lord: for there is none besides you; there is no rock like our God.
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.
O my soul, thou hast said unto the Lord, Thou art my Lord: my goodness extendeth not to thee.I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good apart from you.”
Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.
Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.
