| Ye shall walk in all the ways which the Lord your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess. | You shall walk in all the way that the Lord your God has commanded you, that you may live, and that it may go well with you, and that you may live long in the land that you shall possess. |
| And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed. | It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed. |

| Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. | Keep steady my steps according to your promise, and let no iniquity get dominion over me. |

| Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. | By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. | By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another. |

| Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. | By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples. |
| I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments. | I hasten and do not delay to keep your commandments. |
