Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. | Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. |
| Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete. | Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. |
