- So again I ask, does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you by the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard?
- But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile.
- I am the Lord your God; follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. Keep my Sabbaths holy, that they may be a sign between us. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God.

refreshing the soul.
The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy,

- Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

all your righteous laws are eternal. - If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love.
- Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
- Be sure to keep the commands of the Lord your God and the stipulations and decrees he has given you.
- You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.
- If anyone sins and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands, even though they do not know it, they are guilty and will be held responsible.
- I will never forget your precepts,
for by them you have preserved my life. - Turn my heart toward your statutes
and not toward selfish gain. - Your statutes are my heritage forever;
they are the joy of my heart. - And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.
- Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you.
- For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.
- We have sinned and done wrong. We have been wicked and have rebelled; we have turned away from your commands and laws.
- Listen, my son, accept what I say,
and the years of your life will be many. - The way of the Lord is a refuge for the blameless,
but it is the ruin of those who do evil.
