I have put my hope in your word. - I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

I will sustain you and I will rescue you. - As for God, his way is perfect:
The Lord’s word is flawless;
he shields all who take refuge in him. - But I will sing of your strength,

for everything you do flows from it. - He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. - What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. - The name of the Lord is a fortified tower;
the righteous run to it and are safe. - For who is God besides the Lord?
