- For the Lord loveth judgment,
and forsaketh not his saints;
they are preserved for ever:
but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off. - God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
- And even to your old age I am he;
and even to hoar hairs will I carry you:
I have made, and I will bear;
even I will carry, and will deliver you. - And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
- The Lord is with you, while ye be with him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.
- Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
- For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
- Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
- And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee:
for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. - Ye that love the Lord, hate evil:
he preserveth the souls of his saints;
he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. - In all labour there is profit:
but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury. - For the word of the Lord is right;
and all his works are done in truth. - Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord God.
- For who is God save the Lord?
or who is a rock save our God? - But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth.
- When I said, My foot slippeth;
thy mercy, O Lord, held me up. - For the mountains shall depart,
and the hills be removed;
but my kindness shall not depart from thee,
neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed,
saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee. - Let thine eyes look right on,
and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. - The grass withereth, the flower fadeth:
but the word of our God shall stand for ever. - Remove far from me vanity and lies:
give me neither poverty nor riches;
feed me with food convenient for me. - Hear my prayer, O Lord,
give ear to my supplications:
in thy faithfulness answer me,
and in thy righteousness. - He shall cover thee with his feathers,
and under his wings shalt thou trust:
his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. - Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
according as we hope in thee. - The Lord is righteous in all his ways,
and holy in all his works.
God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.Next verse!With image
