  • And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
  • I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go:

  • Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the Lord, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring.
