declaring your splendor all day long. - See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
- But at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.’ ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.
- Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

What can mere mortals do to me? - “Even now,” declares the Lord,
“return to me with all your heart,
with fasting and weeping and mourning.”
Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.Next verse!With image
