God abides in those who confess that Jesus is the Son of God, and they abide in God. | Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. |
Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. | He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. |
Who is it that conquers the world but the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? | Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? |
All things came into being through him, and without him not one thing came into being. What has come into being. | All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. |
For this is the message you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. | For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. |
Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?” | Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? |
By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. | Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. |
I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. | And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. |
And when he comes, he will prove the world wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment. | And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. |
