- And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.

you, Lord, know it completely. - The tongue of the righteous is choice silver,

but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked. - Those who consider themselves religious and yet do not keep a tight rein on their tongues deceive themselves, and their religion is worthless.
