It was by faith that even Sarah was able to have a child, though she was barren and was too old. She believed that God would keep his promise. Hebrews 11:11	By faith he received power of procreation, even though he was too old—and Sarah herself was barren—because he considered him faithful who had promised. faith reward fruitfulness
But the Scriptures declare that we are all prisoners of sin, so we receive God’s promise of freedom only by believing in Jesus Christ. Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God. Romans 13:1	Let every person be subject to the governing authorities; for there is no authority except from God, and those authorities that exist have been instituted by God. God obedience
