Chinese (traditional)The Lord God is my strength,
and he will make my feet like hinds' feet,
and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. Train up a child in the way he should go:
and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. For who is God, save the Lord?
and who is a rock, save our God? And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins. Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath. The tongue of the just is as choice silver:
the heart of the wicked is little worth. Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. There is none holy as the Lord:
for there is none beside thee:
neither is there any rock like our God. My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. Can a woman forget her sucking child,
that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb?
yea, they may forget,
yet will I not forget thee.
Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands;
thy walls are continually before me. For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. Search me, O God, and know my heart:
try me, and know my thoughts:
And see if there be any wicked way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. Since thou wast precious in my sight,
thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee:
therefore will I give men for thee,
and people for thy life. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Delight thyself also in the Lord:
and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Yea, though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil:
for thou art with me;
thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.Next verse!With image
