Chinese (traditional)I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content. Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. Not that I am referring to being in need; for I have learned to be content with whatever I have. Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I do not say this because I have been in need, for I have learned to be content with whatever I have. Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,
whose confidence is in him.
They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit.Next verse!With image
