Chinese (traditional)In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless. So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead. Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself. In the same way, faith by itself is dead if it does not have works. Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.Next verse! With image
