- Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.

Do not forsake the work of your hands. - So acknowledge today and take to heart that the Lord is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath; there is no other.
- Seek the Lord and his strength;
seek his presence continually. - One thing I asked of the Lord,
that will I seek after:
to live in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to behold the beauty of the Lord,
and to inquire in his temple. - For there is one God; there is also one mediator between God and humankind, Christ Jesus, himself human.
- This also comes from the Lord of hosts;
he is wonderful in counsel,
and excellent in wisdom. - For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
- Whoever does not love does not know God, for God is love.
- And every tongue should confess
that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father. - This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light and in him there is no darkness at all.
- Be still, and know that I am God!
I am exalted among the nations,
I am exalted in the earth. - By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
- Truly the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him,
on those who hope in his steadfast love. - And this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
- Before the mountains were brought forth,
or ever you had formed the earth and the world,
from everlasting to everlasting you are God.
