- I will never forget your precepts,
for with them, you have revived me. - Oh that there were such a heart in them that they would fear me and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them and with their children forever!
- Turn my heart toward your statutes,
not toward selfish gain. - I will multiply your offspring as the stars of the sky, and will give all these lands to your offspring. In your offspring all the nations of the earth will be blessed, because Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my requirements, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

- You shall not misuse the name of Yahweh your God; for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless who misuses his name.
- I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart,
when I learn your righteous judgments. - For most certainly, I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not even one smallest letter or one tiny pen stroke shall in any way pass away from the law, until all things are accomplished.
- But if the wicked turns from all his sins that he has committed, and keeps all my statutes, and does that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live. He shall not die.
- I will walk in liberty,
for I have sought your precepts. - A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another.
- Listen, my son, and receive my sayings.
The years of your life will be many. - The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom.
All those who do his work have a good understanding.
His praise endures forever! - You shall keep his statutes and his commandments which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which Yahweh your God gives you for all time.
- If you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God’s voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you.
- For this reason he is the mediator of a new covenant, since a death has occurred for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, that those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
- Yahweh said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain, and stay here, and I will give you the stone tablets with the law and the commands that I have written, that you may teach them.”
- He declared to you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even the ten commandments. He wrote them on two stone tablets.
- You shall most certainly not make gods of silver or gods of gold for yourselves to be alongside me.
- He was there with Yahweh forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread, nor drank water. He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.
- Now may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep with the blood of an eternal covenant, our Lord Jesus, make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
- Yahweh’s precepts are right, rejoicing the heart.
Yahweh’s commandment is pure, enlightening the eyes. - I will hurry, and not delay,
to obey your commandments. - I haven’t gone back from the commandment of his lips.
I have treasured up the words of his mouth more than my necessary food. - It shall be to you for a fringe, that you may see it, and remember all Yahweh’s commandments, and do them; and that you don’t follow your own heart and your own eyes, after which you used to play the prostitute.
