Chinese (traditional)Even fools are thought wise if they keep silent,
and discerning if they hold their tongues. Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise:
and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding. Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise;
when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent. Even a fool is counted wise when he holds his peace;
When he shuts his lips, he is considered perceptive. Even fools are thought wise when they keep silent;
with their mouths shut, they seem intelligent. Even fools who keep silent are considered wise;
when they close their lips, they are deemed intelligent. Even a fool, when he keeps silent, is counted wise.
When he shuts his lips, he is thought to be discerning. Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise;
if he closes his lips, he is regarded as intelligent. For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.Next verse!With image
