So, if they say to you, ‘Look! He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look! He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. No one has ever seen God. It is God the only Son, who is close to the Father's heart, who has made him known. John 1:18	No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us. Father nearness
For I handed on to you as of first importance what I in turn had received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures, and that he was buried, and that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures. 1 Corinthians 15:3-4	I passed on to you what was most important and what had also been passed on to me. Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come. So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are citizens with the saints and also members of the household of God, built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone. Ephesians 2:19-20	So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” So, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. 2 Corinthians 12:9	Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything; the only thing that counts is faith working through love. Just as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many. Matthew 20:28	For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many. serving sacrifice salvation
Whoever serves me must follow me, and where I am, there will my servant be also. Whoever serves me, the Father will honor. John 12:26	Anyone who wants to serve me must follow me, because my servants must be where I am. And the Father will honor anyone who serves me. serving following Father
Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood abide in me, and I in them. John 6:56	Anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him. body blood nearness
Instead, put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires. Romans 13:14	Instead, clothe yourself with the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. And don’t let yourself think about ways to indulge your evil desires. desires addiction body
Therefore prepare your minds for action; discipline yourselves; set all your hope on the grace that Jesus Christ will bring you when he is revealed. 1 Peter 1:13	So prepare your minds for action and exercise self-control. That is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting the message of reconciliation to us.

For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.
