The angel answered her, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore also the holy one who is born from you will be called the Son of God.”The angel replied, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby to be born will be holy, and he will be called the Son of God.”
Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age, or in that which is to come.Anyone who speaks against the Son of Man can be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, either in this world or in the world to come.
Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.Yes, and everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.
The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that anyone should perish, but that all should come to repentance.The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.
Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed.”Then Jesus told him, “You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who believe without seeing me.”
While they were looking steadfastly into the sky as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white clothing, who also said, “You men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who was received up from you into the sky, will come back in the same way as you saw him going into the sky.”As they strained to see him rising into heaven, two white-robed men suddenly stood among them. “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why are you standing here staring into heaven? Jesus has been taken from you into heaven, but someday he will return from heaven in the same way you saw him go!”
Let no one therefore judge you in eating or drinking, or with respect to a feast day or a new moon or a Sabbath day, which are a shadow of the things to come; but the body is Christ’s.So don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new moon ceremonies or Sabbaths. For these rules are only shadows of the reality yet to come. And Christ himself is that reality.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.”Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Always rejoice. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you.Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.
But Jesus hearing it, answered him, “Don’t be afraid. Only believe, and she will be healed.”But when Jesus heard what had happened, he said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid. Just have faith, and she will be healed.”
For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples, saying, “Take this and eat it, for this is my body.”
Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us.
But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, for its lusts.Instead, clothe yourself with the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. And don’t let yourself think about ways to indulge your evil desires.
My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.
Jesus therefore said to them again, “Peace be to you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.”Again he said, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.”
He said to them, “Don’t be amazed. You seek Jesus, the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him!”But the angel said, “Don’t be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Look, this is where they laid his body.”
I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.I look up to the mountains— does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth!
