Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, Because the Lord anointed me To bring good news to the humble; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim release to captives And freedom to prisoners.The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.
If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you.If the world hates you, remember that it hated me first.
For one who finds me finds life, And obtains favor from the Lord.For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the Lord.
Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me.

If I should say, “My foot has slipped,” Your faithfulness, Lord, will support me.I cried out, “I am slipping!” but your unfailing love, O Lord, supported me.
The one who eats My flesh and drinks My blood remains in Me, and I in him.Anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.
I permitted Myself to be sought by those who did not ask for Me; I permitted Myself to be found by those who did not seek Me. I said, ‘Here am I, here am I,’ To a nation which did not call on My name.The Lord says, “I was ready to respond, but no one asked for help. I was ready to be found, but no one was looking for me. I said, ‘Here I am, here I am!’ to a nation that did not call on my name.”
So Jesus answered them and said, “My teaching is not My own, but His who sent Me.”So Jesus told them, “My message is not my own; it comes from God who sent me.”
But You, Lord, are a shield around me, My glory, and the One who lifts my head.But you, O Lord, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high.
With all my heart I have sought You; Do not let me wander from Your commandments.I have tried hard to find you— don’t let me wander from your commands.
Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”
Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?I am the Lord, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard for me?
I will never forget Your precepts, For by them You have revived me.I will never forget your commandments, for by them you give me life.
The one who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and the one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will reveal Myself to him.Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. And because they love me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and reveal myself to each of them.

All things are permitted for me, but not all things are of benefit. Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; the one who believes in Me will live, even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?”Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die. Do you believe this, Martha?”
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; in the future there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful. And now the prize awaits me—the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on the day of his return. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to his appearing.
And He summoned the crowd together with His disciples, and said to them, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.”Then, calling the crowd to join his disciples, he said, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross, and follow me.”
And I did not recognize Him, but He who sent me to baptize in water said to me, ‘He upon whom you see the Spirit descending and remaining upon Him, this is the One who baptizes in the Holy Spirit.’I didn’t know he was the one, but when God sent me to baptize with water, he told me, ‘The one on whom you see the Spirit descend and rest is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’

So Jesus said to them again, “Peace be to you; just as the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”Again he said, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.”
