Such things were written in the Scriptures long ago to teach us. And the Scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God’s promises to be fulfilled. Romans 15:4	For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. Word of God encouragement hope

And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. 2 Corinthians 5:18	Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. reconciliation evangelism
Teach those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which is so unreliable. Their trust should be in God, who richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment. 1 Timothy 6:17	Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. money joy materialism
And may the Lord our God show us his approval and make our efforts successful. Yes, make our efforts successful! Psalm 90:17	And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us, And establish the work of our hands for us; Yes, establish the work of our hands. grace encouragement work
And don’t let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one. Matthew 6:13	And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. temptation desires evil
No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us. John 1:18	No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him. Jesus Father nearness

The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son. For God called you to do good, even if it means suffering, just as Christ suffered for you. He is your example, and you must follow in his steps. 1 Peter 2:21	For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps. suffering following calling

And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires. 2 Peter 1:4	By which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. reward desires world

And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words.
