Matthew17:5 (4/5)

And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. And do not bring us to the time of trial, but rescue us from the evil one.
For if you forgive other people for their offenses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
But if you do not forgive other people, then your Father will not forgive your offenses. But if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Now whenever you fast, do not make a gloomy face as the hypocrites do, for they distort their faces so that they will be noticed by people when they are fasting. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. And whenever you fast, do not look dismal, like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces so as to show others that they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward.
But as for you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that your fasting will not be noticed by people but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that your fasting may be seen not by others but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal.Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal; but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not break in and steal.
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth. No one can serve two masters; for a slave will either hate the one and love the other, or be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth.
For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothing? Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
Look at the birds of the sky, that they do not sow, nor reap, nor gather crops into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more important than they?Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?
But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you.But strive first for the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring worries of its own. Today's trouble is enough for today.
Do not judge, so that you will not be judged.Do not judge, so that you may not be judged.
Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?Why do you see the speck in your neighbor's eye, but do not notice the log in your own eye?
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.Ask, and it will be given you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you.
In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets. In everything do to others as you would have them do to you; for this is the law and the prophets.
Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is narrow and the way is constricted that leads to life, and there are few who find it.Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the road is easy that leads to destruction, and there are many who take it. For the gate is narrow and the road is hard that leads to life, and there are few who find it.
Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven.
Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine, and acts on them, will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.Everyone then who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock.
But when Jesus heard this, He said, “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick.”But when he heard this, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”
Now go and learn what this means: ‘I desire compassion, rather than sacrifice,’ for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.Go and learn what this means, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have come to call not the righteous but sinners.
Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those with leprosy, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give.Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. You received without payment; give without payment.
And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
Are two sparrows not sold for an assarion? And yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all counted. So do not fear; you are more valuable than a great number of sparrows. Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. And even the hairs of your head are all counted. So do not be afraid; you are of more value than many sparrows.

Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.
