| Denn des HERRN Wort ist wahrhaftig, und was er zusagt, das hält er gewiss. | For the word of the Lord is right, And all His work is done in truth. |
| Er liebt Gerechtigkeit und Recht; die Erde ist voll der Güte des HERRN. | He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. |
| Der Himmel ist durch das Wort des HERRN gemacht und all sein Heer durch den Hauch seines Mundes. | By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. |
| Wohl dem Volk, dessen Gott der HERR ist, dem Volk, das er zum Erbe erwählt hat! | Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, The people He has chosen as His own inheritance. |
| Siehe, des HERRN Auge sieht auf alle, die ihn fürchten, die auf seine Güte hoffen. | Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy. |
| Deine Güte, HERR, sei über uns, wie wir auf dich hoffen. | Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, Just as we hope in You. |
