Now Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth… Luke 2:4-5

Now Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David, in order to register along with Mary, who was betrothed to him, and was pregnant. Luke 2:4-5	And because Joseph was a descendant of King David, he had to go to Bethlehem in Judea, David’s ancient home. He traveled there from the village of Nazareth in Galilee. He took with him Mary, to whom he was engaged, who was now expecting a child. christmas

And she gave birth to her firstborn son; and she wrapped Him in cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn. For today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. Luke 2:11	The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David! Savior Messiah christmas
Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace among people with whom He is pleased. Luke 2:14	Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased. christmas peace angels
