2 corinthians (2/4)

That is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting the message of reconciliation to us.Namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Examine yourselves to see whether you are living in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless, indeed, you fail to meet the test!Examine your own selves, whether you are in the faith. Test your own selves. Or don’t you know about your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.
Let all that you do be done in love.Let all that you do be done in love.
And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit. But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” So, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.
For the love of Christ urges us on, because we are convinced that one has died for all; therefore all have died. And he died for all, so that those who live might live no longer for themselves, but for him who died and was raised for them. For the love of Christ compels us; because we judge thus: that one died for all, therefore all died. He died for all, that those who live should no longer live to themselves, but to him who for their sakes died and rose again.
Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”Don’t be deceived! “Evil companionships corrupt good morals.”
For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and him crucified. For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.
Do not seek your own advantage, but that of the other.Let no one seek his own, but each one his neighbor’s good.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all consolation, who consoles us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to console those who are in any affliction with the consolation with which we ourselves are consoled by God.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Keep alert, stand firm in your faith, be courageous, be strong.Watch! Stand firm in the faith! Be courageous! Be strong!
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
For as all die in Adam, so all will be made alive in Christ. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
For we are God's servants, working together; you are God's field, God's building. For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s farming, God’s building.
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
But because of cases of sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband. But, because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.
These things God has revealed to us through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.But to us, God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love. But now faith, hope, and love remain—these three. The greatest of these is love.
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.Whether therefore you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?
For since death came through a human being, the resurrection of the dead has also come through a human being. For since death came by man, the resurrection of the dead also came by man.
God is faithful; by him you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.God is faithful, through whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the human heart conceived, what God has prepared for those who love him”But as it is written, “Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear, which didn’t enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him.”
If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy that person. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple. If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, which you are.
Come to a sober and right mind, and sin no more; for some people have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.Wake up righteously and don’t sin, for some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.

For what human being knows what is truly human except the human spirit that is within? So also no one comprehends what is truly God's except the Spirit of God.For who among men knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so, no one knows the things of God except God’s Spirit.
