Preserve me, God, for I take refuge in you.Keep me safe, O God, for I have come to you for refuge.
Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness.Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. May your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing.
But as for me, I will look to Yahweh. I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.As for me, I look to the Lord for help. I wait confidently for God to save me, and my God will certainly hear me.
For you are my rock and my fortress, therefore for your name’s sake lead me and guide me.You are my rock and my fortress. For the honor of your name, lead me out of this danger.
My times are in your hand. Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me.My future is in your hands. Rescue me from those who hunt me down relentlessly.
Out of my distress, I called on Yah. Yah answered me with freedom.In my distress I prayed to the Lord, and the Lord answered me and set me free.
Don’t withhold your tender mercies from me, Yahweh. Let your loving kindness and your truth continually preserve me.Lord, don’t hold back your tender mercies from me. Let your unfailing love and faithfulness always protect me.
Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?The Lord is for me, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?
Yahweh is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need. He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams.
And said to them, “Whoever receives this little child in my name receives me. Whoever receives me receives him who sent me. For whoever is least among you all, this one will be great.”Then he said to them, “Anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf welcomes me, and anyone who welcomes me also welcomes my Father who sent me. Whoever is the least among you is the greatest.”
For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.For to me, living means living for Christ, and dying is even better.
Have mercy on me, God, according to your loving kindness. According to the multitude of your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity. Cleanse me from my sin.Have mercy on me, O God, because of your unfailing love. Because of your great compassion, blot out the stain of my sins. Wash me clean from my guilt. Purify me from my sin.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord.Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.
I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.
Yet I am Yahweh your God from the land of Egypt; and you shall acknowledge no god but me, and besides me there is no savior.I have been the Lord your God ever since I brought you out of Egypt. You must acknowledge no God but me, for there is no other savior.
I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me.My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident.Though a mighty army surrounds me, my heart will not be afraid. Even if I am attacked, I will remain confident.
I am inquired of by those who didn’t ask. I am found by those who didn’t seek me. I said, ‘See me, see me,’ to a nation that was not called by my name.The Lord says, “I was ready to respond, but no one asked for help. I was ready to be found, but no one was looking for me. I said, ‘Here I am, here I am!’ to a nation that did not call on my name.”
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.
Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will not be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”Jesus replied, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”
Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar.O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away.
He said to all, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.”Then he said to the crowd, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross daily, and follow me.”
You call me, ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord.’ You say so correctly, for so I am.You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and you are right, because that’s what I am.
For Yahweh says to the house of Israel: “Seek me, and you will live.”Now this is what the Lord says to the family of Israel: “Come back to me and live!”
And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.Yes, and the Lord will deliver me from every evil attack and will bring me safely into his heavenly Kingdom. All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.

Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning, for I trust in you. Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to you.Let me hear of your unfailing love each morning, for I am trusting you. Show me where to walk, for I give myself to you.
