And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, the Beloved, with whom I am well pleased.”And a voice from heaven said, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.”
Not that I am referring to being in need; for I have learned to be content with whatever I have. Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have.
The one who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! He who is the faithful witness to all these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!
I am coming soon; hold fast to what you have, so that no one may seize your crown.I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take away your crown.
Therefore I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities for the sake of Christ; for whenever I am weak, then I am strong. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Do not fear, I will help you.”For I hold you by your right hand— I, the Lord your God. And I say to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I am here to help you.’
I, I am he who comforts you; why then are you afraid of a mere mortal who must die, a human being who fades like grass?I, yes I, am the one who comforts you. So why are you afraid of mere humans, who wither like the grass and disappear?
See, I am coming soon; my reward is with me, to repay according to everyone's work.Look, I am coming soon, bringing my reward with me to repay all people according to their deeds.
I came from the Father and have come into the world; again, I am leaving the world and am going to the Father.Yes, I came from the Father into the world, and now I will leave the world and return to the Father.
He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”Then he asked them, “But who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
Who has performed and done this, calling the generations from the beginning? I, the Lord, am first, and will be with the last.Who has done such mighty deeds, summoning each new generation from the beginning of time? It is I, the Lord, the First and the Last. I alone am he.
Do not fear, for I am with you, do not be afraid, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
Return, faithless Israel, says the Lord. I will not look on you in anger, for I am merciful, says the Lord; I will not be angry forever.O Israel, my faithless people, come home to me again, for I am merciful. I will not be angry with you forever.
I will not leave you orphaned; I am coming to you.No, I will not abandon you as orphans—I will come to you.
Father, I desire that those also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory, which you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.Father, I want these whom you have given me to be with me where I am. Then they can see all the glory you gave me because you loved me even before the world began!
For I am not ashamed of the gospel; it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who has faith, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile.
Instead, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in all your conduct; for it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy. For the Scriptures say, “You must be holy because I am holy.”
I was ready to be sought out by those who did not ask, to be found by those who did not seek me. I said, “Here I am, here I am,” to a nation that did not call on my name. The Lord says, “I was ready to respond, but no one asked for help. I was ready to be found, but no one was looking for me. I said, ‘Here I am, here I am!’ to a nation that did not call on my name.”

Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear to my cry; do not hold your peace at my tears. For I am your passing guest, an alien, like all my forebears.Hear my prayer, O Lord! Listen to my cries for help! Don’t ignore my tears. For I am your guest— a traveler passing through, as my ancestors were before me.
Even to your old age I am he, even when you turn gray I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear; I will carry and will save.I will be your God throughout your lifetime— until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you.
Very truly, I tell you, the one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact, will do greater works than these, because I am going to the Father.I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.
If I speak in the tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
