When my anxious thoughts multiplied, your comfort filled my soul with joy.When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul.
Come forth! Let us bow down to worship him; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker.O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
Let those who love the Lord hate evil, for he protects the souls of his faithful ones and rescues them from the hand of the wicked.The Lord loves those who hate evil; he guards the lives of his faithful; he rescues them from the hand of the wicked.
Bless the Lord, O my soul; my entire being, bless his holy name.Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in kindness.The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.

Give thanks to the Lord, invoke his name; proclaim his deeds among the peoples.O give thanks to the Lord, call on his name, make known his deeds among the peoples.

He has satisfied the thirsty and filled the hungry with good things.For he satisfies the thirsty, and the hungry he fills with good things.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; those who are guided by it will grow in understanding. His praise will last forever.The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. His praise endures forever.
Alleluia. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his precepts.Praise the Lord! Happy are those who fear the Lord, who greatly delight in his commandments.
The future bodes well for him who is generous in helping those in need and who conducts his affairs with justice.It is well with those who deal generously and lend, who conduct their affairs with justice.
He will never be swayed; the righteous man will be remembered forever.For the righteous will never be moved; they will be remembered forever.
Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory because of your kindness and faithfulness.Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness.

I love the Lord because he has heard my voice and listened to my cry for mercy, because he has inclined his ear to me on the day when I called out to him.I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my supplications. Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live.

With the Lord to protect me I am not afraid. What can mortals do to me?With the Lord on my side I do not fear. What can mortals do to me?
It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to place your trust in mortals.It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in mortals.

This is the day that the Lord has made; let us exult and rejoice in it.This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.
