Psalm 23:4 (2/9)

I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not cover my iniquity; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. SelahThen I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord.” And you forgave the guilt of my sin.
You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you surround me with shouts of deliverance. SelahYou are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
For the word of the Lord is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness.For the word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does.

When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. Better is the little that the righteous has than the abundance of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous.Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked; for the power of the wicked will be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous.
