He who guards his mouth makes his life secure, but one who talks excessively ensures his own downfall. Proverbs 13:3	Whoever guards his mouth preserves his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin. speaking wisdom life

It is better to be a patient man rather than a warrior, one who controls his temper rather than one who captures a city. Proverbs 16:32	Whoever is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city. peace patience self-control

Those who live according to the flesh can never be pleasing to God. Romans 8:8	Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. sin dependence desires
The future bodes well for him who is generous in helping those in need and who conducts his affairs with justice. Psalm 112:5	It is well with the man who deals generously and lends; who conducts his affairs with justice. generosity mercy honesty

The one who pays heed to instruction prospers, and blessed is he who trusts in the Lord. Proverbs 16:20	Whoever gives thought to the word will discover good, and blessed is he who trusts in the Lord. trust blessing listening
If anyone would boast, let him boast in the Lord.
