| Finally, brothers and sisters, farewell. Put things in order, listen to my appeal, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. | Finally, brethren, farewell. | Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. | Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. |
| So then let us not fall asleep as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober. | Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. |
