Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us.Therefore, since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Instead, clothe yourself with the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. And don’t let yourself think about ways to indulge your evil desires.Instead, put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.
He called you to salvation when we told you the Good News; now you can share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.For this purpose he called you through our proclamation of the good news, so that you may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
On the last day, the climax of the festival, Jesus stood and shouted to the crowds, “Anyone who is thirsty may come to me!”On the last day of the festival, the great day, while Jesus was standing there, he cried out, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me.”
Jesus told them, “This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one he has sent.”Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.”
So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.
And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Jesus responded, “Didn’t I tell you that you would see God’s glory if you believe?”Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?”
Yes, and everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.Indeed, all who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
Rather, you must grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All glory to him, both now and forever! Amen.But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.
But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.”But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.”
Jesus replied, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”
Asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God.I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation as you come to know him.

You and I are Jews by birth, not ‘sinners’ like the Gentiles. Yet we know that a person is made right with God by faith in Jesus Christ, not by obeying the law. And we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we might be made right with God because of our faith in Christ, not because we have obeyed the law. For no one will ever be made right with God by obeying the law.We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; yet we know that a person is justified not by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ. And we have come to believe in Christ Jesus, so that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by doing the works of the law, because no one will be justified by the works of the law.
But when Jesus heard what had happened, he said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid. Just have faith, and she will be healed.”When Jesus heard this, he replied, “Do not fear. Only believe, and she will be saved.”
He who is the faithful witness to all these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!The one who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!
But Jesus told them, “I will be with you only a little longer. Then I will return to the one who sent me.”Jesus then said, “I will be with you a little while longer, and then I am going to him who sent me.”
Or have you forgotten that when we were joined with Christ Jesus in baptism, we joined him in his death?Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Then Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan River. He was led by the Spirit in the wilderness, where he was tempted by the devil for forty days. Jesus ate nothing all that time and became very hungry.Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit in the wilderness, where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing at all during those days, and when they were over, he was famished.
For I decided that while I was with you I would forget everything except Jesus Christ, the one who was crucified.For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and him crucified.

For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins.He has rescued us from the power of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
