Blessed are those who trust in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. They shall be like a tree planted by water, sending out its roots by the stream. Those who guard their mouths preserve their lives; those who open wide their lips come to ruin.Whoever guards his mouth preserves his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.

For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within, and they defile a person.”
The hope of the righteous ends in gladness, but the expectation of the wicked comes to nothing.The hope of the righteous brings joy, but the expectation of the wicked will perish.
And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit.And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
