The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you are not to be afraid of him.You may say to yourself, “How can we recognize a word that the Lord has not spoken?” If a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord but the thing does not take place or prove true, it is a word that the Lord has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; do not be frightened by it.

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.Live by the Spirit, I say, and do not gratify the desires of the flesh.
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; A broken and a contrite heart, God, You will not despise.The sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.
Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
So teach us to number our days, That we may present to You a heart of wisdom.So teach us to count our days that we may gain a wise heart.
