I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.
Because I rescued the poor who cried for help, and the fatherless who had none to assist them. The one who was dying blessed me; I made the widow’s heart sing.Because I delivered the poor who cried, and the orphan who had no helper. The blessing of the wretched came upon me, and I caused the widow's heart to sing for joy.

The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my rock in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. On God rests my deliverance and my honor; my mighty rock, my refuge is in God.
I desire to do your will, my God; your law is within my heart.I delight to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart.
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
“If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord’s holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words, then you will find your joy in the Lord, and I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob.” For the mouth of the Lord has spoken. If you refrain from trampling the sabbath, from pursuing your own interests on my holy day; if you call the sabbath a delight and the holy day of the Lord honorable; if you honor it, not going your own ways, serving your own interests, or pursuing your own affairs; then you shall take delight in the Lord, and I will make you ride upon the heights of the earth; I will feed you with the heritage of your ancestor Jacob, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.
You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light. It is you who light my lamp; the Lord, my God, lights up my darkness.
Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken.
You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word. You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in your word.
Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall never be shaken.
May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.
However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. But I do not count my life of any value to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the good news of God's grace.
Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

In my distress I called to the Lord; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears.In my distress I called upon the Lord; to my God I cried for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.

Hear my prayer, Lord, listen to my cry for help; do not be deaf to my weeping. I dwell with you as a foreigner, a stranger, as all my ancestors were.Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear to my cry; do not hold your peace at my tears. For I am your passing guest, an alien, like all my forebears.
And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.I will put my spirit within you, and make you follow my statutes and be careful to observe my ordinances.
