The end of all things is near; therefore, be of sound judgment and sober spirit for the purpose of prayer.But the end of all things is near. Therefore be of sound mind, self-controlled, and sober in prayer.
So Peter was kept in the prison, but prayer for him was being made to God intensely by the church.Peter therefore was kept in the prison, but constant prayer was made by the assembly to God for him.
Hear my prayer, Lord, Listen to my pleadings! Answer me in Your faithfulness, in Your righteousness!Hear my prayer, Yahweh. Listen to my petitions. In your faithfulness and righteousness, relieve me.
Therefore, ridding yourselves of all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness, in humility receive the word implanted, which is able to save your souls.Therefore, putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with humility the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

I have seen your tears. Behold, I will heal you. On the third day, you will go up to Yahweh’s house.”’
There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the One who is able to save and to destroy; but who are you, judging your neighbor?Only one is the lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge another?
But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back some of the proceeds of the land? While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not under your control? Why is it that you have conceived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to men, but to God.”But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back part of the price of the land? While you kept it, didn’t it remain your own? After it was sold, wasn’t it in your power? How is it that you have conceived this thing in your heart? You haven’t lied to men, but to God.”
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him.Is any among you sick?
