Then I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not hide my iniquity; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and you forgave the guilt of my sin. You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you surround me with glad cries of deliverance. SelahYou are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance.
I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
For the word of the Lord is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness.For the word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does.

When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves the crushed in spirit.The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord rescues them from them all.The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.
The Lord redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned.The Lord will rescue his servants; no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.
Trust in the Lord, and do good; so you will live in the land, and enjoy security.Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. Better is a little that the righteous person has than the abundance of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous.Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked; for the power of the wicked will be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous.
