| One who has my commandments and keeps them, that person is one who loves me. One who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will reveal myself to him. | He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. |
| Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you. | Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. |
| “I will sanctify my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am Yahweh,” says the Lord Yahweh, “when I am proven holy in you before their eyes.” | And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, saith the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. |
| He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.” | And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. |
| But I trust in your loving kindness. My heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing to Yahweh, because he has been good to me. | But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation. I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me. |
| Don’t you be like your fathers, to whom the former prophets proclaimed, saying: Yahweh of Armies says, ‘Return now from your evil ways and from your evil doings;’ but they didn’t hear nor listen to me, says Yahweh. | Be ye not as your fathers, unto whom the former prophets have cried, saying, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Turn ye now from your evil ways, and from your evil doings: but they did not hear, nor hearken unto me, saith the Lord. |
| Establish my footsteps in your word. Don’t let any iniquity have dominion over me. | Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. |
| “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways,” says Yahweh. | For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. |
| Hear my prayer, Yahweh. Listen to my petitions. In your faithfulness and righteousness, relieve me. | Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness. |
| Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. | Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. |
| Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way. | Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. |
| Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking lies. | Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. |

| But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. | But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. |
| As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on me will also live because of me. | As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. |
| Yahweh, remember your tender mercies and your loving kindness, for they are from old times. Don’t remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions. Remember me according to your loving kindness, for your goodness’ sake, Yahweh. | Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old. | I delight to do your will, my God. Yes, your law is within my heart. | I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. |

| Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as Yahweh your God commanded you. You shall labor six days, and do all your work; but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God, in which you shall not do any work— neither you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your livestock, nor your stranger who is within your gates; that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you. | Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee. | He who doesn’t take his cross and follow after me isn’t worthy of me. | And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. |
| Yahweh bless you, and keep you. Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace. | The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. |
