Keep on doing the things that you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you. If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him! The face of the Lord is against evildoers, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. Psalm 34:16	But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil; he will erase their memory from the earth. evil sin
And without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would approach him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. No one after lighting a lamp hides it under a jar, or puts it under a bed, but puts it on a lampstand, so that those who enter may see the light. Luke 8:16	No one lights a lamp and then covers it with a bowl or hides it under a bed. A lamp is placed on a stand, where its light can be seen by all who enter the house. honesty holiness light

Those who are wise understand these things; those who are discerning know them. For the ways of the Lord are right, and the upright walk in them, but transgressors stumble in them.

Let those who are wise understand these things. Let those with discernment listen carefully. The paths of the Lord are true and right, and righteous people live by walking in them. But in those paths sinners stumble and fall.
