| The Lord will send His goodness in the daytime; And His song will be with me in the night, A prayer to the God of my life. | Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the day time, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life. |
| No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is perfected in us. | No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. |

| All that you do must be done in love. | Let all your things be done with charity. |
| Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins. | And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. |

| Beloved, let’s love one another; for love is from God, and everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. | Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. |
| I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another. | A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. |

| Certainly goodness and faithfulness will follow me all the days of my life, And my dwelling will be in the house of the Lord forever. | Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. |
| Because Your favor is better than life, My lips will praise You. So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. | Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name. |
| Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His faithfulness to a thousand generations for those who love Him and keep His commandments. | Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations. |
| Remember, Lord, Your compassion and Your faithfulness, For they have been from of old. Do not remember the sins of my youth or my wrongdoings; Remember me according to Your faithfulness, For Your goodness’ sake, Lord. | Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old. Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O Lord. |
| If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love. | If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. |
| Hatred stirs up strife, But love covers all offenses. | Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins. |
| But as for me, I will sing of Your strength; Yes, I will joyfully sing of Your faithfulness in the morning, For You have been my refuge And a place of refuge on the day of my distress. | But I will sing of thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the morning: for thou hast been my defence and refuge in the day of my trouble. |
| Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. | Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. |
| The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble, And He knows those who take refuge in Him. | The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. |
| The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ | And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. |
| This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you. | This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. |
| Love must be free of hypocrisy. Detest what is evil; cling to what is good. | Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. |
| Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not arrogant. It does not act disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, does not keep an account of a wrong suffered. | Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil. |
| And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us; and we saw His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. | And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. |
| Those who love Your Law have great peace, And nothing causes them to stumble. | Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them. |
| And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God must also love his brother and sister. | And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also. |
| Greater love has no one than this, that a person will lay down his life for his friends. | Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. |
