- Make thy face to shine upon thy servant:
save me for thy mercies' sake. - When I said, My foot slippeth;
thy mercy, O Lord, held me up. - Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
according as we hope in thee. - He loveth righteousness and judgment:
the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. - Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him,
upon them that hope in his mercy. - Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy:
for thou renderest to every man
according to his work. - But I have trusted in thy mercy;
my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
I will sing unto the Lord,
because he hath dealt bountifully with me. - Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning;
for in thee do I trust:
cause me to know the way wherein I should walk;
for I lift up my soul unto thee. - The desire of a man is his kindness:
and a poor man is better than a liar. - Have mercy upon me, O God,
according to thy lovingkindness:
according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies
blot out my transgressions.
Wash me throughly from mine iniquity,
and cleanse me from my sin. - The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. - For thy mercy is great unto the heavens,
and thy truth unto the clouds. - He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
- For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive;
and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. - He that followeth after righteousness and mercy
findeth life, righteousness, and honour. - Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us,
but unto thy name give glory,
for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake. - Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Lord:
let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me. - Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
- If ye love me, keep my commandments.
- And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
- We love him, because he first loved us.
- Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
- There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
- Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the day time,
and in the night his song shall be with me,
and my prayer unto the God of my life. - For the mountains shall depart,
and the hills be removed;
but my kindness shall not depart from thee,
neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed,
saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.
Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.Next verse!With image
